    Sculptures

My journey as an artist began with my studies in Fine Arts, where I discovered a deep passion for sculpture. Captivated by the interplay of form, balance, and movement, I found inspiration in the works of Alexander Calder, whose dynamic approach to kinetic art greatly influenced my creative process. I specialize in crafting mobile sculptures that explore the delicate harmony between wood and various metals. Through careful composition, I seek to create pieces that are not only visually engaging but also interact with their surroundings, shifting with light and air currents to evoke a sense of fluidity and transformation. My background in interior design and architectural visualization naturally informs my sculptural work, allowing me to approach each piece with a strong sense of space, proportion, and materiality. Whether suspended in movement or grounded in structure, my sculptures aim to merge art with environment, creating objects that feel both organic and intentional.

    Interior Design Project: Appartment Pso.Habana

This project presents a 3D architectural visualization created in response to an interior design request for an apartment in a residential area of Madrid. The goal was to craft a warm and inviting atmosphere, enriched with subtle yet lively accents. The client envisioned a space that radiates comfort, enhanced by carefully curated pops of color to bring depth and character. By thoughtfully selecting materials, furnishings, lighting, and a balanced color palette, this visualization reflects the essence of the client’s vision. For the lighting approach, I opted for natural daylight, complemented by contrasting tree shadows to create depth and enhance the sense of dimensionality.

    3D Modeled Furniture

These renders showcase some of the furniture I modeled and textured in 3ds Max. Featured here is a bench used in the Tejocote project, which I felt was too relevant to be replaced by any other piece. Additionally, the two iconic armchairs displayed are the Diz Armchair, designed in 2002 by Sergio Rodrigues, and the Moby Dick Armchair, designed in 1969 by Alberto Rosselli.

    ArchViz Master's Degree Final Project

This was my final master’s project in Architecture Visualization, for which I selected the Tejocote House in Mexico, designed by González Muchow Arquitectura. I opted for this project due to its diverse range of materials, textures, and volumes, which captivated me and was a challenge from which I knew I would learn a lot. Moreover, I believe it exemplifies the concept of “less is more”, a principle with which I deeply resonate. In search of a more artistic final image, I leaned towards a lighting approach that exudes a touch of drama. In this particular image, my goal was to work on the road material to make it feel as realistic as possible by adding intricate details such as dirt, gravel, oil stains, scattered leaves, worn paint and decal elements like the sewers.

    ArchViz & Interior Design (Estudio-62)

With a strong foundation in both Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) and Interior Design, I bring a comprehensive and artistic approach to spatial design. I honed my skills in ArchViz at The Factory School, an experience I highly recommend, where I developed expertise in photorealistic rendering, lighting, and materiality, helping bring architectural concepts to life with precision and emotion. In the realm of interior design, my journey began at BATAVIA, a renowned furniture store and interior design studio, where I was responsible for curating small design objects, overseeing web and store design, and managing communication strategies. When BATAVIA closed, I partnered with Beatriz López (former interior design project manager at BATAVIA) to co-found Estudio 62, allowing us to continue crafting interior spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and storytelling. With experience spanning from furniture curation to high-end architectural visualization, I bring a deep understanding of space, form, and materials to every project, creating environments that are both visually striking and thoughtfully designed.
